("RX Runner", "we", "us", or "our") provides a medicine delivery platform that enables pharmacies to dispatch deliveries and allows our delivery drivers to deliver medicines safely and efficiently to recipients. We are committed to protecting the personal information processed through our platform.

2. Information We Process

To complete deliveries, RX Runner processes only the information necessary for delivery operations, including:

Recipient name
Delivery address
Phone number
Delivery status and timestamps
Delivery confirmation or signature (where applicable)
Package label or barcode information
Real-time GPS location of delivery drivers while they are actively making deliveries

RX Runner does not collect, store, or process prescription details, medical records, diagnoses, insurance information, or any other protected health information.

3. How We Use Information

We use this information solely to:

Pick up packages from pharmacies
Route deliveries efficiently
Deliver packages to recipients
Provide delivery status updates
Confirm successful delivery
Improve delivery operations
Maintain platform security

5. Package Labels & Barcode Scanning

Our delivery drivers scan package labels or barcodes to retrieve only the delivery information required to complete the delivery, such as the recipient's name, delivery address, and phone number. RX Runner does not access or process prescription contents or medical records.

6. Location Services

While a delivery driver is actively using the RX Runner application to complete deliveries, the application may collect real-time GPS location to:

Navigate delivery routes
Track delivery progress
Improve dispatch operations
Verify completed deliveries

Location tracking is active only during delivery operations.

7. Security

We are committed to protecting the information processed through the RX Runner platform. We maintain industry-standard technical, administrative, and organizational security measures designed to safeguard personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, misuse, or loss.

Access to information is limited to authorized personnel who require it to perform delivery operations and support services. We regularly review and improve our security practices to help maintain the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the information processed through our platform.
